VC has been completed on 03.08.2022 on Baseline Assessment by Mr. Director. RK-SMBK has been started with the objective of measuring the level of children. It is somewhat similar to CCE.

Some of whose main points are as follows:-

(1) Baseline assessment work should be done compulsorily on time. No student should be deprived from baseline to class 3 to 8. If a student remains absent on the appointed day, then the baseline must be done on that day by calling on 12th August.

(2) If the workbook of any class is not found, make sure to download it from the link and get the assessment done on the board.

(3) A record of the baseline assessment done is to be maintained and preserved.

(4) After the baseline assessment, the result is to be uploaded on Shala Darpan, class wise group creation will be done automatically after updating the result.

(5) Entry on Shala Darpan is to be done through staff login, in the absence of subject teacher mapping, the student list will not be displayed in the staff login of the concerned personnel in the staff login of the personnel, so all the head of the institution should get 100 percent subject teacher mapping done.

(6) If any personnel are working offline then they can enter it through school login in Shala Darpan.

Therefore, all the PEEOs, all institution-heads, class teachers should thoroughly study the baseline order dated 02.08.2022. Separate maximum marks have been kept for each subject for assessment. You will also take special care of this while entering.

According to Mr. Director, no laxity will be tolerated in this and it will be closely inspected from district and block level, any negligence in the assessment will be taken seriously.
